Holoul AL Bayan
26 April 2026When Holoul Al Bayan reached out to Charge+, they didn't have a minor IT problem to fix. They had an empty office. No cables. No workstations. No network. No security. Just four walls and a deadline.
Ten days later, 25 agents sat down, plugged in their headsets, and started working — fully connected to their sister branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is how we made it happen.
The Challenge: Everything, All at Once
Holoul needed a fully operational call center built from the ground up across two floors in Cairo. The gaps weren't just technical — they were total:
- No structured cabling or network infrastructure whatsoever
- No workstations or call center equipment for 25 agents
- No surveillance or physical access control
- No attendance tracking — staff sign-in was manual and error-prone
- Two branches (Cairo & Riyadh, KSA) operating in complete isolation with no shared network
- No organized rack or cabling layout — risk of a messy, unreliable setup from day one
Getting one of these right under a tight deadline is a challenge. Getting all six right simultaneously — while keeping an eye on quality — is what separates a real IT partner from a vendor.
The Solution: Full Infrastructure, Zero Compromise
Charge+ took ownership of the entire build. One team. One delivery. No gaps.
Network & Structured Cabling We pulled and terminated 45 Cat6 network points across both floors, routed with precision and terminated into a centralized rack. Every cable labeled. Every run clean. Multiple access points were deployed to ensure full wireless coverage across the office.
Workstations & Call Center Endpoints 25 computers were supplied, configured, and installed at agent stations. 25 headsets were deployed plug-and-play — ready from the moment agents walked in on day one.
Surveillance & Physical Security 8 IP cameras were strategically positioned across the office with an NVR configured for continuous 24/7 recording and remote access monitoring — giving management visibility at all times.
VPN & Cross-Border Connectivity A DrayTek site-to-site VPN was deployed between Cairo, Egypt and Riyadh, KSA — merging both call center branches into a single unified network. Two countries. One seamless operation.
Access Control & Attendance A smart lock with fingerprint access was installed for secure, controlled office entry. A fingerprint attendance system replaced manual clock-in entirely — accurate, automated, and integrated from day one.
Rack & Cable Management The heart of the infrastructure: a perfectly organized rack with meticulous cable management, labeling, and layout — built to be maintained, not just functional.
The Results: Day One, Fully Operational

Holoul's management praised Charge+ for immaculate cable handling, on-time delivery, and a call center built from nothing — exactly as promised.
What This Project Proves
A call center is only as reliable as the infrastructure beneath it. When that infrastructure is rushed, corner-cut, or poorly planned, agents feel it — in dropped calls, slow systems, and security blind spots.
Holoul trusted Charge+ to build their foundation right the first time. We delivered a structured, secure, cross-border operation in 10 days — not because we rushed, but because we planned.
If you're building a new office, launching a call center, or expanding across locations, that's exactly what we do.
