Evaco
25 March 2026The Challenge: A Fragmented View of a Growing Facility
Evaco, one of Egypt's established industrial manufacturers specializing in valves and petroleum services, had already partnered with Charge+ in Phase 1 for 32 IP perimeter cameras. But as the facility expanded, so did the security blind spots.
The production floor, maintenance workshop, warehouses, and spare parts zones were uncovered. The existing CCTV infrastructure couldn't be viewed alongside the new zones from a single point, leaving the security team without centralized visibility. Management had no way to monitor live footage remotely, and with equipment, inventory, and personnel spread across multiple zones, the safety and security risks were mounting.
Evaco needed more than just additional cameras — they needed one unified system.
The Solution: End-to-End Surveillance, Built by Charge+
Charge+ designed and deployed a complete CCTV infrastructure overhaul tailored to Evaco's industrial environment. The Phase 2 build added 45 new HD IP cameras (30 × 2MP and 15 × 5MP Uniview units) across all five facility zones, fully integrated with the 32 cameras from Phase 1 — bringing total coverage to 77 cameras monitored from a single platform.
The deployment included:
- 45 new Uniview HD IP cameras installed across the main production workshop, maintenance & welding, spare parts warehouse, auxiliary warehouse, and admin & security building
- Dual NVR system (32-channel + 16-channel FHD) with WD Purple 8TB + 4TB storage for extended continuous recording
- Enterprise networking with 7 POE++ switches, approximately 3,050 meters of Cat6 cabling, heat-resistant PVC conduit, and 48 outdoor waterproof junction boxes
- Three simultaneous control stations giving the security team real-time visibility across all 77 cameras
- 24/7 online streaming enabling management to access live and recorded footage from any device, anywhere
- 20U wall-mount rack with cooling, industrial-grade camera mounts, and system unification via KVM to merge analog and IP feeds into a single dashboard
Execution: Survey, Design, Deploy, Integrate, Handover
The Charge+ engineering team followed a disciplined six-stage rollout: a full site survey producing an engineering blueprint with exact camera positions and cabling routes; hardware procurement and staging; infrastructure and cable runs using hydraulic scissor lifts for high-elevation points; camera installation across the five zones; system unification and NVR configuration; and final training, testing, and handover — with a 12-month manufacturer warranty activated upon sign-off.
The Results
What Evaco gained with Charge+:
- 100% facility visibility across all 5 zones — zero blind spots
- One unified monitoring hub with 3 simultaneous control stations running on the UNV platform
- Remote access enabled for management via cloud-based online streaming, 24/7
- Complete ownership of the full surveillance stack — all 77 cameras designed, installed, and configured by Charge+
- Delivered in 10 days, on time and on budget, with full IT training handed over to Evaco's security and operations team
