The Challenge
The client was operating with 32 outdated analog cameras that delivered poor resolution and couldn't be viewed alongside newer zones from a single platform. On top of that, management had no ability to monitor the facility remotely from mobile or desktop devices, leaving critical security blind spots across their multi-site operation. They also needed a reliable partner to consistently supply and maintain enterprise-grade laptops — without starting from scratch on cabling or infrastructure.
The requirement was clear: a full upgrade, zero new cables, zero downtime.
The Solution
Charge+ designed and delivered a unified Managed IT and Security ecosystem from the ground up. All 32 legacy analog endpoints were replaced with Uniview 5MP/2MP HD IP cameras, seamlessly integrated into the existing PoE network infrastructure — no new cabling required. A 16TB redundant NVR storage system was installed to ensure continuous recording and data protection. Cloud-based remote monitoring was fully enabled, giving management real-time visibility from any device, anywhere in the world. Alongside the surveillance upgrade, Charge+ procured, configured, and deployed 30+ enterprise-grade laptops tailored to the client's performance standards, and activated a 24/7 ongoing managed support layer to ensure zero operational downtime.
